What is Ritucharya (Fall Rejuvenation)?
Ritucharya ( Seasonal cleansing) is a vital part of an Ayurvedic lifestyle, with great potential for improved energy, strength, and immunity. An Ayurvedic cleanse serves to rest and purify the digestive system. According to Ayurveda, autumn and spring are the best times of the year for performing a Ritucharya.
A proper detox should last at least three weeks – a one week preparation period, a week cleansing, and a week rebuilding.

45 minute meditation, 45 minute Kundalini Yoga and One hour talk on Ayurveda and Ritucharya, 1.5 hour cooking demo and tasting. Perfect for stepping into fall season with wholesome khichri and a soothing herbal tea that will help with light seasonal detox, taste and handout of recipe to make at home. ( Any food or nut allergies please let us know ahead off time ). Detailed program schedule will be provided after the registration.
